Our course is situated just north of Ledbury in the beautiful Herefordshire
countryside, only five miles from the M50 Junction 2 (M5 Junction 8 for M 50).
The course is easily reached from Birmingham, Stratford, Banbury, Bristol,
Swindon, Cardiff and South and Central Wales. There is easy access, ample
parking, WC facilities and space to picnic.
The Cross Country Course, built professionally to British Eventing Standards,
uses the farm’s natural features of woods, streams, hills and banks. There
are over 100 jumps (1’6 to 3’6) built on 40 acres of well drained old turf
which dries quickly. We have all weather take-offs and landings and the
ground and jumps are well maintained to a high standard - see Matt Ryans’
comments! We no longer allow sheep to graze on the cross country course
but manage the grass so that it always provides a good cover - this helps
the going when the ground is wet or hard.
The Course is BHS Approved and endorsed by Lucinda Green MBE, Matt Ryan
and Marie Sleet, Leslie Law, Nick Burton, William Miflin and other well
known 3 day Event riders. From beginners to advanced we have all you need
to train and compete cross country.
